Meetings

The Board meets roughly once per month in the clubhouse or via video conference. All owners and residents are welcome to attend, listen in, and raise topics. An agenda is sent out at least 4 days prior to each meeting.

Emergency Contact

Emergency calls are costly to the Association. Any call before 9am and after 5pm, or on weekends, is considered an emergency and is billed to the HOA as such. When you place an emergency call, the assumption is that it cannot wait and that corrective action must be taken as soon as possible.
Here are some examples of situations, and suggestions about whom to call/email.

City Emergencies

• A building is on fire — call 9-1-1.
• A building is being robbed — call 9-1-1.
• There is a health related emergency — call 9-1-1.
• There is a gas smell in my home — turn off your main gas line, call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance, and then call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000.

HOA Emergencies

• A tree has fallen on my roof — call the number below.
• A pipe in my wall is leaking —  turn off the water to your home and call the number below.

In case of an HOA emergency, call our 24-hour service at 650-637-1616
and perform what is instructed. You may also call 209-232-1733.

Non-Emergencies

• My house electricity is off — talk to your neighbor and see if others have the same problem.  Call PG&E if the problem persists.
• Common outside garage or post lights are not working — send an email to help@caminodelprado.org.
• A neighbor is making noise after hours — talk to your neighbor. If the situation does not get better, attend  a monthly board meeting to explain the issue.
• An irrigation pipe is broken and water is gushing out during watering cycles. Remember, watering cycles last only a few minutes and typically run every other day. There is no need to call after hours as our landscaper is unlikely to show up until the next day, and we will still be billed for an emergency call. Send an email to help@caminodelprado.org instead.
• A tree branch falls on the ground — if the branch is small,  you may be able to pull it to the side so it does not obstruct traffic within the complex. If the branch is not blocking entry/exit, leave it as it is and send an email to help@caminodelprado.org. If entry/exit must be unblocked right away, call the number above.

Board of Directors

The Camino del Prado Board of Directors are all volunteers.
Elections are held every year, with two year terms.
