Based on an interpretation of the Camino del Prado CC&Rs and legal advice, the Board has created this “cheat sheet” for repair and maintenance responsibilities. To request repairs or maintenance, or for additional questions, please contact us. Repairs and maintenance must be approved by the Board on case-by-case to have their costs covered by the HOA.

- All garage door hardware such as springs, locks, fixtures, tracks, rollers, etc. are similar to G.5 /G.6 (responsibility of the owner).
