My partner and I found this old guest pass tucked away in one of our cupboards when we moved in. I’ll admit I have no idea what a guest pass would allow, but it sure was fun to find.

Two sections of lights are back on with all new electrical wiring: one section on Bryant Way, and one section between Road Runner Terrace and Sage Hen Way.

Work to repair lighting around the grounds continues:
A section of lights around Castleton Terrace is back on with all new electrical wiring.
The next phase of new wiring will begin soon on the western section of Bryant Way where a number of lights are currently out.
Before making any changes to the structure, plumbing, or exterior of your home please remember to submit an Architectural Change Request Form.
Most changes are quickly approved at the next monthly meeting. The Board simply wants to ensure that the work will maintain community standards, not negatively impact neighbors, and be performed by a qualified professional.
The spa is currently closed as the equipment to run it has broken. We will have it back up and running as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
