Rupa Pal: New Treasurer

Rupa Pal has graciously volunteered to be our new treasurer. The Board is excited to have her on board (pun intended ?). From Rupa:

Rules Update

A new copy of the Rules & Regulations has been posted to the Forms and Documents page. Changes:

  • Vehicles parked in the common area parking must have current registration, license plates, and be in an operable condition or they will be subject to tow.
  • Vehicles that are not moved for 30 days will be subject to tow.
  • The fee to rent the clubhouse for the first 5 hours is $75 and a full day rental will be $100, in advance.

Clubhouse Pool Tables

The pool tables in the clubhouse have gotten a quick makeover with new covers and lights. (Thanks to Mehmet who drove these updates.)

As a reminder, we don’t supply pool balls in the clubhouse because windows and walls kept getting holes punched in them. You are welcome to bring your own pool balls. (Pool balls can also be checked out when renting the clubhouse, but please check in advance to ensure availability.)
