New Help Request Email and Tracking Portal

The Board has begun using a new online system for help requests. This will let us keep better track of requests that come in and make sure they are addressed in a timely fashion. This system also lets you check on the status of your request at any time, and makes sure that you get an email when we address your request.

You can file a request at https://caminodelprado.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new or simply send an email to help@caminodelprado.org. Please attach a picture when possible.
