The Pool, Spa, and Clubhouse are closed.

We are working on a plan to reopen the the pool, but the new surface is still setting, the spa has a leak, we have not gotten sign off to reopen from the city inspector yet, and we have not yet implemented a COVID-19 protocol. These are all in progress; we do not anticipate opening for at least another few weeks.

THE POOL, SPA, AND CLUBHOUSE REMAIN CLOSED. At this time, the County Health Department has made the process of opening the pool area prohibitively difficult and expensive. So even though there is water in the pool, sadly it may not be used. We will continue looking for viable ways to open the facilities.

Due to the Shelter in Place restrictions, the pool resurfacing company had move out continued construction dates on our project. The new tentative restart date is May 6th.

Please be aware that we are having the pool and spa resurfaced this month.

Please note that Stacy Teixeira (1010 Bryant Way #A) has requested access to all homeowner names, unit addresses, and mailing addresses pursuant to Civil Code §1365.2(a) and the Davis-Stirling Act, Corporations Code, Section 8330. Therefore the Board will be providing this information to her. (This information would also be publicly available at the County Recorder’s office.)

Monthly meetings will now be held on the 4th Thursday of every month. That means the next meeting is scheduled for March 26th. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you there!
