The clubhouse is available for use by all residents, and may also be rented for events.
Hours:
Sunday – Thursday 8:00AM – 10:00PM
Friday – Saturday 8:00AM – 11:00PM
To use the clubhouse residents must obtain a key. Keys are subject to a $50 fee (non-refundable). To obtain a key, please contact us.
The fee to rent the clubhouse for the first 5 hours is $75 and a full day rental will be $100. In addition, there is a $150 security deposit. Reservations can be made at https://mypm.conciergeplus.com/amenity_booking/calendar/8, or you may contact help@caminodelprado.org.
