The clubhouse is available for use by all residents, and may also be rented for events.
Hours:
Sunday – Thursday 8:00AM – 10:00PM
Friday – Saturday 8:00AM – 11:00PM
WiFi connection details are posted in the clubhouse, by the sink in the main room. Please do note though that the WiFi is offered on “best effort” basis. It may not always be available, and it is rate-limited in order to prioritize official HOA usage.
To use the clubhouse residents must obtain a key. Keys are subject to a $50 fee (non-refundable). To obtain a key, please contact us. Alternatively, residents without a clubhouse key may borrow a key with an additional $100 deposit.
The fee to rent the clubhouse for the first 5 hours is $50 and a full day rental will be $100. In addition, there is a $150 security deposit. Reservations can be by contacting Manor Client Services / General Help.
