As electric vehicles become more and more popular, a number of homeowners have asked about Level 2 EV Charger installations in the community. The Board has looked into getting shared chargers for the common parking lot, but the cost would be prohibitively expensive. The good news though is that in-garage installations seem to be less expensive (and far more convenient).
Homeowners are welcome to install Level 2 EV chargers in their garage, subject to normal Architectural Change Request review and approval. A number of units have already done so.
