Outdoor lights such as bollards and garage lights (usually managed by the HOA with some exceptions) may start flickering or breaking down. Repairs are usually as simple as replacing their respective drivers.
The board usually stock up on those drivers and hand them out to handymen for replacement.

- Bollard driver samples (two samples, both of them are compatible with our bollards and proven to work)
