Unit Leases

For Landlords

• Per the CC&Rs (Section 4.02), owners must notify the association within 14 days when leasing their unit. Please fill out the form here: https://forms.gle/KC43ZL7tMmRnvQkN7

For Tenants

• You should have been provided with a copy of the Rules and Regulations in addition to the Bylaws and CC&Rs (link). You are subject to their provisions.
• Camino del Prado is within 1,000 feet of a school.
• The City of Sunnyvale has made it illegal to smoke throughout the HOA (both public and private areas).
• Camino del Prado disallows subleasing.
• You should register each of your vehicles. (Camino del Prado does not use parking placards.)
• You can sign up for community news (but you are not required to sign up).
