The Association Bylaws require that 25% of the legal owners must be present, in person or by proxy, to form a quorum so that the Annual Membership Meeting may convene.
Public hearings are being held for the proposed apartment building at 1008 E. El Camino Real / 1314-1320 Poplar Ave.
Planning Commission Hearing: Monday, June 26, 2017 7:00 p.m.
City Council Hearing (final decision): Tuesday, July 25, 2017 7:00 p.m.
