You may have noticed that some of the city water valves across 1007-F Bryant are displaced and their cover broken with possibly some leaks under ground.
The HOA has approved a project to relocate the 10 unit valves closer to the street and re-route all of the 10 unit water pipes around the tree root at 1007-F Bryant.
The city will start working on the project this coming Monday 5/16 and the HOA has hired a vendor to perform the re-routing necessary on the HOA common areas.
What does all this mean to the residents?
1- Starting Monday 5/16, trucks and earth moving equipment will be parked along Bryant way, please do not park near 1007-F Bryant.
2- The construction work may go on for ~1 week (we don’t know exactly how long because we don’t know what we will find out during digging).
3- The water service at 1007-F-K Bryant and 1339-A-E Henderson will be disconnected for some period of time during the construction work, hopefully reduced to only a few hours during the week and you will be given additional heads up when that happens. The crew will do its best to minimize impact to the residents in those units.
4- During construction, dug areas will be covered with wood/plywood to avoid any trip hazards.
5- There may be some impact and work required inside the patios of 1007-F Bryant and 1339-A Henderson. We do not know any detail yet at this point. We can only find out once digging starts and water pipe routes are discovered.
Units affected will receive additional communications/details during the course of the week.
Thanks.
