Clubhouse Repairs

You may have noticed that the clubhouse suffered a leak from the machine room which damaged the kitchen floor and wall (and machine room wall).

The board is working to get the damage repaired. We are hoping to have these issues addressed this calendar year.

Note that during those repairs, the pool will not be accessible, water will not be running in the clubhouse, and electricity may be off occasionally.

Thank you for your patience.

Update on Fallen Metal Fence behind 1005-A thru 1005-E Bryant way

Some of you may have noticed that the metal fence between the 1005-A-B-C-D-E Bryant way block and the old mobile park site has fallen under the weight of the ivy onto the neighboring units patio fences.

There will be 3 phases to address this issue:

1- clear out the back alley by cutting and removing the fallen ivy and  the broken portion of the fence (this is a security hazard). [ This phase is now complete]

2- repair/replace the fence where broken [This phase is going to be addressed next]

3- address the privacy issue caused by the removed ivy

The above 3 phases will be handled in due course. Thank you for your patience.
